The Ark Valley High Rollers (AVHR) are a recreational flat track roller derby league comprised of skaters in the Arkansas Valley Area of Colorado. Through the sport of roller derby, the mission of AVHR is to develop and amplify the athleticism, wisdom, courage and fortitude of its skaters. AVHR aims to empower and inspire skaters by demonstrating physical and mental strength both on and off the track, and by providing positive athletic role models to our community.
AVHR welcomes new skaters and invites anyone that wants to participate to do so.
Don't be intimidated. We are here to share our love for roller skating!
Current programs are designed for new and returning skaters. We offer junior and adult programs.
Open Practices
Ages 6-11: Thursdays 5-6 PM
Ages 11-17: Mondays 5-6 pm
Ages 18+: Wednesdays 6-8
